Structure & Workings

• The client makes contact or is referred to the nearest Branch

• Co-ordinator or Co-ordinators will visit the client in their home or some other location of the clients choice to discuss with them what is required

• A programme is prepared and a likely compatible SuperGran volunteer is assigned

• The SuperGran will make contact with the client to arrange a visit(s)

• Co-ordinators will from time to time contact clients to ensure the programme is progressing to everybody’s satisfaction
